Pathetic Service

Mpowa Finance is very pathetic and unprofessional.

i settled all my accounts with them three months ago, and they recently updated my account as default, and when i try to call them, their lines are not working...

I am going to approach Credit Ombuds because they're so pathetic, and they don't know how to comply with consumer act...
