Over paid debt

I paid my account. and have a paid up letter but nimble keeps deducting my money on your behalf. I have told them many times and have given them the paid up letter ,but they won`t stop they tell me that you have to corfim.i did speak to you guys, and told me i will get a refund, when are you going to reconcile with nimble, and pay back the excess that has been deducted.
