Online website not user friendly

I am trying to do an application online but it keeps kicking me out stating that either my email address or password is incorrect which it is NOT. As per your website there is a cut off time but your online portal is not user friendly. It then requests my email address to send me a link but I still have not received any link....its been 2 hours and I'm still waiting.
