I’ve always found them reliable but there are several things that really bring down their rating; the online facility is basically useless as you cannot do anything besides settle a loan, they don’t give you the option to select a loan amount, it has taken me a whole day just to obtain a settlement letter or statement and whenever you call someone in that department is not available? What’s going on?
