Not impressed

Did everything online, filled out info, sent documents, did debicheck and that was yesterday. Got a message saying checking info. Up until now no response to messages, emails and online contact form. Now when trying sms number it says not available on network. Number on website is a fax line and emails now come through from a Gmail address and when one replies requesting urgent feedback there is no reply. Starting to think this is a ****.
