I'm concerned that you can never get through when you call and no one responds to emails, i received an email that i qualify to apply for a loan, i submitted on Monday and the website says that you will receive funds the same day and I haven't received any feedback since

As per your prior loan, the new loan will only be processed once the current loan is repaid.
We allow clients to apply 7 days prior to their paydate to ensure they are given adequate time to complete the application.
