No reply to complaint for 9 months. The evidence stacked up. Just to slack to do something about it. I hope the CEO reads this and come to the rescue.

I have been trying since March 2023 to get Mpowa to correct a serious matter. They do not even acknowledge receipt of correspondence. The odd reply dies quickly. Unable to address the same problem for 9 months. Pathetic.
