No funds received

I'm not happy about what you guys are doing,I app**** for a loan yesterday before 9:00 in the morning ,I was promised to get the funds around 17:00 but even today I haven't receive anything and I app**** for the loan because I need it ,now im blaming myself that i should have app**** to another company not with mpowa finance
