Hi there, the service is very frustrating and bad. No calls are taken and no response whatsoever. I just want to know where I stand. Already app**** for a loan last night, just keeps on giving a message that says they still busy processing. Just want some feedback

02 Dec 2020, 08:54Apologies, on Monday afternoon some of the staff working remotely had issues with regards to internet connectivity. As a result, delay was caused.
Such was processed and approved yesterday.
