No feedback lead to poor customer service
I received an sms with pre approved loan amount. I followed the steps did online application, submitted everything required from me & they confirmed receipt of my documents. At the end of the day before they closed, I tracked my application & I could only see that I can apply again after 6 months. I don’t know whether my application is successful or not. I will really appreciate their feedback positive or not, I deserve to know.

You should have received an sms, around 16:06 yesterday, stating that unfortunately the application was unsuccessful.
Looking at the phone number entered on HelloPeter and the phone number on the application, they are different. (application ending xx1117 & HelloPeter ending xx1394)
Once an application is unsuccessful, we only allow an applicant to apply in 6 months time.
*Please note, you app**** on 25 November and the Application was processed on 25 November
