I have app**** online early this morning and received a response to say I am pre approved, all the documents was submitted and all the boxes ticked on my application, There was a message on the screen saying that they are processing the application and that I should receive a call and should, it is already 14:39 and I have had no call, I tried calling them but to no avail, I tried e-mailing but there is no response, how do they keep in contact with their clients with false promises.
