No debicheck but they say I'm owing them some money

I've app**** for a loan at mpowa n I didn't accept nor decline the debicheck but when I log in to my mpowa profile they say I'm owing them some money even though I haven't received any money.Tried to call them unfortunately my calls weren't answered.Would u please send me another debicheck so that I can accept it n receive my money.
