Mpowerfin misleading customers

I have filled out a a application for a 1500 hundred rand loan i was given the application to fill out... They ask me for 3 month bank statement which I gave them i signed all documents and terms and conditions... They sent me a email to say it was not approved today that is not approved.... I have so much information of the loan that they said was approved.... Sms emails they sent me a email to say it was not approved... I filled all documents i took screenshots of all the emails to say i need to hurry because of the cut off time.... I received a email to say i must apply in 6 months time but yet the application was approved.... I think that this is the worst customer service that i came across.... I know once everything is signed it's approved.. I'm so upset and so disappointing because it was for my daughter shcool fees... I'm gutterd at the respond that I was given... And I know that they must pay out the loan.... The customer service is so bad I'm speechless.... For me South Africa way of communication skills that the staff gives is unacceptable..... I am fighting back for the loan i had to get today... The slogan about mpowerfin is they are not like banks that you wait a week... Same day payout.... Nobody is returning my emails because I'm sending them all the proof to say that it's was successful..... Just goes to show how I'm getting treated.... I app**** a few weeks ago.... They sent me emails to say they need my bank statement which I did... I told them my address has also change.... They did not take no notice of me.... I was two minded taking the loan for my daughter shcool fees so I went ahead and did it.... I have solid proof that it was approved.... I don't know who train these people but they can't do there job properly... I want what is fair..... I'm so upset i don't know what to say... It's a one month loan so I don't understand why this is happening.... How do I pay my daughter shcool fees?... No disrespect but I don't like South Africa at all... People get away with anything but me as a parent to pay shcool fees is important?.... I wish I could upload all the information i have to you and see that it was approved.... I appyed yesterday already.... And it says it takes a few minutes... Payment will be made at 5 pm i have that as well.... I'm very very upset i really cannot believe this is happening to me... I just want what is due to me...
