Mpowe Finance my worst nightmare

On Saturday I did a loan application and was approved but funds couldn't get paid until today.

I then called them to follow up on Debicheck. The finance officer then called me we went through credit profile he asked questions and said he will call me back. I later got and sms with an approval of R1000 less than what I app**** for I tried calling back to confirm why this is before accepting the contract I got through to Noma and I asked her if she can get him to call me back. I gave her my ID number and she went through profile she then started interrogating me and victimizing me about stuff on my credit profile which I already discussed with the previous consultant she was very unprofessional and rude I then swore and dropped the call she then declined my application and blocked me from reapplying.

PEOPLE TAKE OUT LOANS TO HELP THEM OUT OF FINANCIAL SITUATIONS NOT FOR FUN A LOAN IS HELP AND IF MPOWA FINANCE CHOOSES TO VICTIMIZE PEOPLE BASED ON THEIR FINANCIAL SITUATIONS THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS. I FELT SO BAD AND IN TEARS AFTER THAT CALL. SO UNPROFESSIONAL THIS IS WHY PEOPLE RATHER GO TO BANKS U PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND NOMA BETTER HOPE SHE BECOMES RICH AFTER WHAT SHE DONE TO ME
