MPOWAFIN TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Mpowafin does not respond to emails and calls are dropped. My account is paid in full but on their website it is still showing as not paid. They have listed me on the credit bureau and are unwilling to assist in getting this removed. This is seriously affecting my credit record. I spoke to the legal dept and they promised to assist me but it is over a month and nothing is done.
