Mpowa refuses to provide paid up letter

I have been struggling to get a paid up letter from Mpowa for 14 days now. No one is responding to my emails nor assisting me. I was attended by one of their collection agents Thulisile Mkhwa****, who promised I will have it by Thursday. its almost another thursday and there is no paid up letter. this is unacceptable behaviour and absolutely poor service.
