Mpowa is busing messing up my credit record

<p>In september I took out a loan with Mpowa finance and it was paid up by the end of September 2016 in december my bank showed me it still shows on my credit record, I have requested a paid up letter on the 19/12/2016 but no response to my email again on the 9/01/2017 still no response. They do not remove the loan from your name and refuses to send a paid up letter? Not worth it to take up a loan with these people unless you want your credit record dragged through the mud</p>
