I app**** for a small loan of R1100 just after midnight, the first message stated that it was a pre-approval so I know for a fact that I'm not YET approved. On the website after filling out all my details and providing all documents I am informed that I will receive an sms if I am approved for the loan and that I must click on the link to complete the application. I received the sms CLEARLY STATING that the loan was approved and that I need to click on the link to receive the Debicheck to be authorized, when I clicked on the link it opened the webpage showing me how to approve the Debicheck with my banking partner. I confirmed everything and waited for the banking app to inform me that I need to approve the Debicheck, I received nothing. This morning after a four hours I clicked the link again to get the request sent to me for the Debicheck and then two minutes later I receive and email stating that the application was not approved. Clearly the people that work for their department are not qualified to do so, or they were high on something. I'm completely disgusted by this service and the complete false hope of getting some finance in till my payday, I will never use this company ever again and I demand that they remove all my information and profile from their systems IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT TRUST THIS FALSE HOPE GIVING COMPANY, THEY JUST ANOTHER TYPICAL SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY TRYING TO MAKE MONEY.
