MPOWA Finance wasted my time and gave me shocking excuses

For the whole of lastweek I have been sending them my document and going through their online application. Friday it was approved and they told me that they have send a DebiCheck mandate.With the hope that I will get the money Friday. Then I waited the whole weekend nothing came and today this Monday I called them and they told me that they were trying to send me the Mandate and it shows my account as invalid.I never felt so humiliated and dissapointed as I was taken for a rife and the excuse just so unprofessional. I was really in need ad the money as my Son was not feeling well and I also told them they could have told me on Friday thay they will never help me so I xan make other plans....I am so dissapointed
