Mpowa finance strategies

Yesterday I completed application with mpowa finance and debit order set with my bank for the amount I requested. To my surprise the amount is not paid into my account. I send them emails,sms but no response. They are going to debit the money that I didn't receive on my bank account. The amount reflect on their systems that is paid up.
