Mpowa Finance refusing with my refund

On the 3rd of February 2026 i mistakenly paid an amount of R 1402.91 tp the Mpowa Finance account which was meant for another company and i realised on Monday 4 february 2026 in the morning that i accidentaly paid the money in to their account and i contatcted the Finance team manage Kulani Chauke who asked me for a proof of payment and i provided it to her and she assured me on email that the money is been processed and the following day which was tuesday i emailed her asking about the process and she promised that the money will be paid back in to my account and later that day still thare are stories that the whole finance team is not at the work that are su pposed to release the money and now Kulani is still ignoring my emails and also when i call the company there's no answer. i feel like i have been ****med as they are refusing to refund me my money and the irritating part is that yetsreday i got an sms that i must ipload my bank tstement as a R 2 000 loan has been uploaded for me which i did not apply for and i asked Kulani about it still she ignored me.
