Mpowa finance do not apply for loan first time and very dissatisfied

Stay away from this company please first time applying for loan and it was a big disappointment, firstly you struggle with the website as it's very slow and kicks you out constantly then when you finally submit everything they tell you your loan is now less then pre-approved at first and gives you some excuse! My loan offers phones me to sign the online contract which also a struggle as it takes you to Debicheck page and my phone died while I answering as my battery was flat I eventually get it started and send a mail to apologize and explained what happend, I then get an email back to say they that I dropped the phone so they assume I am not interested anymore, after sending about 6 mails say I don't want cancel I eventually get a response to say they cancelled the l Application which I did not approve! I will be keeping everything as proof and of they deduct any money I will take them to court as this is a disgraceful services! It is now 2 hours later I have not heard anything not an email or phone call!
