App**** for a loan, had to log in my bank account online so statements can be loaded. I got Provisionally approved after mailing my statements as well. Lunch time I got an email that I was online banking while i did not even have my phone or computer near me. I still have no reply from them trying to phone the phone gets put down in a person's ear without even answering just music playing. So what they logged into my account and then nothing further from them
