Money indiscriminately debited from my account

I took out a loan mid April, I paid that loan back in full on the 25th of April, it is now the 29th of April and I have money debited from my account. I will not stop until I get my funds back that your *********** company took from me. I am clearly not the only individual with this same issue. Fix this problem or else I’ll proceed with due legal process
