I recently app**** for credit. All was well, the loan was approved i was sent a debi check mandate to approve i didn’t have a problem as it wasn’t not my first time, so after i approved it i expected the funds and I didn’t receive the funds. Through out the day they kept on sending smss stating that I didn’t approve the mandate and therefore I wont get the funds. Days later im sent another debi check mandate to approve. Still I didn’t receive the funds. Now on my bank im sitting with 3 duplicates of approved debi check mandates for a loan I didn’t receive. And im afraid ill be debited for nothing. Their service is extremely poor and their numbers dont go through. I escalated my matter via email, submitted a form online but no one is getting back to me. I regret ever trusting them with this application.
