Not only did they change my pay date without my agreement, they told me I was in arrears well before the date I agreed to pay on, deducted money a day before the date agreed but now they keep spamming my email saying that our agreement has lapse because of non payment on my end!!!

Upon calling their number, there are constantly no operator on the queue to take my call.
