Loan shark & his friend - the debt collector

This company have absolutely no regard to law and also no customer relations at all. After my sequestration during April 2018, they were notified as required by law of the sequestration and that they had to register a claim against my estate. But what did the assholes do? They sold my account to a debt collection firm that is still harassing me about outstanding debt! After hundreds of emails and calls, the only answer I could get from the Mpowa legal department is that it is now out of their hands!! And this collection firm - NIMBLE - just wipe their asses with all my requests and explanations! Don't they have to know how things work regarding sequestration and outstanding debt? Or can any asshole that can't make it otherwise in the legal world now become a debt collector? Both these companies don't know **** about client relations and/or legal debt collection! STEER CLEAR OF THEM, PLEASE!!!
