Loan not received but has been loaded on my name
I was told that the loan I app**** for was deposited into my account on 01 September, the loan is Active on my Profile but till now I have not received the loan payment.
I sent a mail with all the information and was asked a day later to provide a bank statement to rectify the problem but that was 2 days ago and after responding with the information I have not heard back from anyone even after I requested another update.
I am either going to happily change my rating and outlook of this company or end up in a VERY SERIOUS legal situation if they are going to take a payment from me for a loan I haven’t received
