Loan not paid?

Good day I have app**** for a loan with this company and still have not received my loan money after I have already approved debit check and have received approval confirmation from this company. According to my account the Mpowa system I have received this money but obviously my bank account statement proofs that I have not recieved any money from this company. I do not know whether I must report this company as *****ulent? Please advise. Thank you
