Loan money not received

Good day to whom it may concern. I have app**** for my second pay-date loan at you company. As I have fully paid up the previous loan. I did approve the debit order only after 6pm on last Friday night. And I assumed that I might have to wait a bit for your response considering that it is the weekend , however I still have not received the loan that I was approved for and the debit order that I have approved on my account. So I did wait patiently over the weekend as I have only approved the debit order late on Friday night. But my personal account on the Mpowa website states that I have indeed received the money that I have app**** for on the loan, I have however not in any sense received any loan money only the debit order approval. If it is possible for someone to assist me as to when I might receive the loan money I would be grateful, I do understand that it has been over the weekend , but your advertising says that you do also assist with loans on Saturdays as well which is why I presumed that I might be receiving the money on yesterday (Sunday) but has not yet received any loan money.
