Loan approved loan showed money paid but money not received
Hi, I app**** for a loan but mistakenly rejected the debit mandate but now I see on my online profile it shows the money has been paid but it didn't reach my account..
It's showing that the money was paid into my account and even gives me an option to settle early but I didn't even get the money, it's been two days already..

You had Rejected your Mandate, as a result the loan would not be paid out.
We would either re-send the mandate to you if you wish to continue with the loan or cancel such as Rejecting a mandate means that one doesnt want the loan.
