Loan application done debi check done status shows active no funds received
The first time I did a loan application it was so quick and fast and I was happy this is my second time and boy am I now not impressed I app**** for a loan now the 1st November 2023 completed my application online got the debi check and confirmed it before 12 today on my loan status it says Active but I didnt get any funds today in my account which could not be the case .... I would like to know why your adverti*****t says that you will get your funds in account before 5pm if you complete all your things before 3pm it's false advertising I would either like funds in my account first thing tomorrow or I want this application cancelled with immediate effect

02 Nov 2023, 07:24This is insane i have been trying to call this business since yesturday and they phone lines just keep rining and then after waiting over 15 min they say no agent available and then call drops.
i send an email this morning and spoke to: Nhluvuko Sithole – BCom

and I sent him this saying if that is correct why is it showing this?
I want answers today or I will be going to the NCR as you cannot conduct yourself in this manner if you a loan company, I want answers.
