Laughably pathetic customer service.
Horrible customer support. Been trying to call them for the past 2 days. Must have been on hold for a total of 4 hours listening to Toto - Africa on repeat. I have sent countless mails over the past week - no reply. Absolutely useless customer support. Cannot be more dissatisfied with this useless company. Rather use Wonga or Unifi for your loans. Mpowa is pathetic.
