Lack of communication and lack of customer service

I app**** for the loan on the Monday because the offer was available on the 14th February as soon as I got paid I submitted my bank statement as requested and I was approved and I still have not received the money or any feedback on what's happening regarding my application, I called several times and no1 picks up the phone what type of service are providing to your customers if we have issues or queries there is no1 to assist us!!!!!!!
