ITC Status

I have tried to call them with no luck, paid them last year October but my status on all the ITC says i still owe them and affecting my score ....lost my job but immediately when i got a new paid off both accounts,and still today im still listed ...I have called them with no luck and sent them a paid up letter to them since they had handed over, NBA confirmed that money was received and they did not list me I should contact MPOWA..
