Horrible service I have ever experienced

Very horrible service. I would not advise anyone to do business with them , they are behaving like a ****, and they don't respond to your messages. They don't answer the phones , I app**** for a loan on the 29th of December 2022 the application has been pending eversince they only responded after 11 days only to tell me my loan is been declined without any detailed feedback. Their Facebook inbox ,the person in charge is ignoring our text , they don't deserve to run such business they just ******* nje ... *******!
