Horrible service by Mpowa Finance

Mpowa finance enticed me with a loan of R900 through an sms and eventually on the 11-02-2026 I app**** since I needed some small cash. I gave them all of my information pertaining to Fica including my bank details through Email to Siya (***) Until now, no money in my acc no apology and no explanation. I urge people to be aware of this company it's very dodgey. I am leaving in fear and worry, what if they start deducting for a loan I didn't receive.
