Please stop advertising that you are available 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. What a lie! Loan approved on 2 Jan, account balance reflects the repayment amount, HOWEVER THE MONEY IS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT.

They never answer calls, respond to emails, online contact form, SMS, NOTHING.
