Frustrating with no feedback
Mpowa made a debit on my account on the 23rd of July. Their website says I am in arrears when the money was deducted. Nobody responds to emails or the telephone. Extremely frustrating.

We had sent out communications to try and solve the issue on hand whilst we waited on FNB to send through payment files.
There was a delay from FNB with regards to debi check payments on 23 July.
