Frustrated by trying to contact MPOWA with no response

I am for the most part happy with MPOWA, except for the part where I try to contact them via email and phone. I have requested my paid up letter via email with no response yet, when I phone them I NEVER get an answer. I urgently need my paid up letter or zero balance statement and its very frustrating to not be able to get a hold of anyone in the company.
