False advertising and shoddy customer service

I app**** online at 11 am, completed all the steps necessary, was pre-approved. I was told a debit check mandate would be sent to me and funds paid by 5 am. Still no debit check mandate, and when I try to contact them I can't reach them. The customer service at Mpowa finance is terrible, I send an SMS to their SMS line, no response, I call them and no answer, I email them, and I am ignored. I needed this money to be paid to me today, and it's looking like that will not be the case. It sad, as I needed to pay bills today. Please please please don't falsely advertise your services as this is a violation of the CPA. If you cannot commit to what you advertise, please don't falsely advertise your commitments
