False advertising
I haven’t received any money yet in my bank account after the loan was approved and signed the debicheck at 9:51 yesterday the 14th of August. Today it is the 15th I needed money by today to get groceries and now the money will be useless since I had to loan somewhere else as I was desperate for cash .
Adverti*****t says you receive money by 5pm the same day and if you’re Capitec the next morning which was supposed to be this morning but nothing yet in my account. I’m really disappointed at your poor service. Explain also before we commit to you. Improve your services and a way of communication with clients. Thanks.

Your loan was paid out on Saturday, the 14th of August. As per communication sent via SMS, stating, due to banking with Capitec and Capitec not having Business banking. Such was paid from an FNB account and will reflect on Monday morning.
