Fail to keep the promise and a ****
I have app**** for the loan they approved it but never got the money but when I opened my app it says I have an existing loan need to be paid. Please fix your erra because I've never got the debit heck mandate and I don't want it anymore because I've got the emergency money somewhere else and if you will deduct the money on the 25th while I haven't received the money from you, you will see that this life is short. I will hunt you till I get you. I don't want your money anymore

The Debi Check mandate was sent yesterday to your Bank, First National Bank, after we had approved such from our system.
FNB returned the Debi Check Mandate with a response stating such has failed due to the "ID number not matching the Bank Account".
Our account verification check states that the account given does match your ID number.
Such has been queried with FNB as to why they are returning that response.
