Extremely disappointed

I've always had good service from this company, but this week was the worst. I've been waiting for my money since Thursday and no money is in my account yet. No one is answering the phone, nor am I getting a reply from the number you can send an sms to. This money was really needed for an emergency and this left a bitter taste in my mouth
