Extreme bad service

Took my money twice this company is a ****.. I made a deposit to pay but y they still deducted money I sent them proof of payment they confirmed they have received it but the money is hasn't been paid back to me and I want my money. Stop ****ming people.. It's been a whole week why are you not paying back my money
