Excellent customer experience without the human touch

I was very impressed by the fast, effecient and professional service i received from this business. The website was very user friendly and easy to navigate even for those that are technology challenged. I can see that this business spent alot of money investing in their website, i really found the step for step instructions and even the videos assisting you in finalising your application mind blowing. I appreciated the constant communications via email and sms...the fact that i never had to deal with a person was beyond my expectations.
