Double payment on the same Loan
Hi I have setlled my account via the owzo platform after speaking to your agent not even 15min after that you debited me for the same account? I have literally waisted R100 on airtime trying to get in contact with you and I have sent out emails which have not had a response to

Such is submitted to the bank 2 days prior to the debit order going off, it is then tracking with the bank.
We received both payments on 31 October. Such has been refunded.
