double payment
I was asked to pay mpowa finance due to an issue with a debit order but literally 5minutes after i send the proof of payment, mpowa continued with the debit on order on my account. i would like my money back from this double payment, it is not ok

I see refund was made.
Please note, by the time manual payment was made the debit order was already with the bank.
As a result we cant cancel such.
