Double deduction for a loan payment

Please contact me urgently

On the 23rd of December 2022 i made an EFT payment to your account through your website and it had reflected and been cleared on my Mpowa account that I made payment, since I got paid earlier. However, yesterday the same payment I made was deducted on my account through a debit order, on the 29th of December 2022. Meaning I made double Payment for my loan.

May I kindly be refunded my money as soon as possible since I have other financial obligations which require payments soon.
