Double charge

On the 30th of December 2022 i made an EFT payment to your account through your website and it had reflected and been cleared on my Mpowa account that I made payment, since I got paid earlier. However, later on the same day, the same payment I made was deducted on my account through a debit order, on the 30th of December 2022. Meaning I made double Payment for my loan.

May I kindly be refunded my money as soon as possible since I have other financial obligations which require payments soon.The fact that your numbers don't work and that the only time the phone got picked up, I was **** to and told the money would show today by 3pm.Also its appalling that you only reply to positive reviews which is now starting to make me think these double payments were done in purpose to **** us
